A. We offer our customers free shipping on orders over $99 in most metro areas. For our friends in rural areas, shipping rates will depend on your location and the weight of the item(s) purchased.

Q. How long does delivery take?

A. This will depend on your location your pet parcel is being delivered too. In most metro areas shipping can generally take 2-5 business days.
